At lunch time workers self-segregate by race to sit at separate tables.
Are they being racist to each other?

No, this is technically not racism. Racism is where one group--usually the predominant group--discriminates against another racial or ethnic group. If they do it to themselves, it's sorta like the unwritten rule that only African-Americans can use the "N-word." However, this sort of behavior, along with calling the white guys "old," "fat," "stupid," "Jews" in Hindi is, at the very least rude, and in some cases may be considered EEOC violations. By the way, you can translate all of the epithets from Hindi to English on Google--so if you think we don't understand you, get over yourselves.
