Found out today that there will no longer be NICS and sales. You will sell a gun and then track the buyer all the way through the process. I would like to know what happens when it is busy and the salespeople are all waiting for a register to ring out a customer. I have heard tbey are talking about turning all the RPI workstations into registers so now where do you check stock and get a vault location. We did all get a raise to NICS levels but I also heard everyone has to reapply for their positions. Supposed to be a meeting Sunday to discuss it further.

So how are these new processes working?
Has NOTHING to do with the doof in chief. Corporate thinks they can come up with a way to do more with less. It is going to cause problems but what do I know I have just been selling guns for the last four years.
