OK, this is a bit too much for me and I will be leaving Macy's on my own - we had major layoffs 3 years in a row - this is all resulting in dead end jobs for very talented professionals. Each of us is on the hook to deliver top performance with half of the resources or you will go on warning. For example I worked four 15 hour overnights for inventory for a barely given thank you statement. On top of this they pay us very little for the effort we put in and our benefits are worse every year. This is not a good way to treat very hard working employees. I have nothing good to say about Macy's leadership, but I love people that I work with.

If they want us to be Omni channel retailer they should stop this nonsense of the puzzle is stores. Clean them up - NOW --- They should be perfect so that customers want to come in for that awesome experience or else close the doors and go on-line only.
