They want to see mgmt make changes, but don't allocate an appropriate amount of time for them to be able to take the courses they offer. Very frequently it takes a long time for a common sense solution to be implemented at Macy's - NOTE: Cutting staffing leads to much lower sales, but the goals remain the same. Finally, they need to do something about pay - our compensation sucks big time... Good luck with layoffs.

Not enough hours given... More often than not, there's rude customers. Too many expectations for little pay - so it kind of sucks
