As I read these postings on this site from current and past Mattel alumni, it is most apparent that Mattel's senior mgmt. (like/part of the 1%) has no regard for the rest of the employees or the company for that matter. Those, who really have to produce/work for their compensation are most disposable - more layoffs are in the works for yet another year. So...to ZING them back, yes in a very small but noticeable way, let's add the following post-nominal initials "HHPM" after our name on all our social media accounts (I.e. LinkedIn, etc.). Fortune's "Best companies to work for" list just might need some adjustments for future releases. And...others looking to jump aboard can be warned.
