To protect the dividend and survive $34/barrel oil, I've heard one idea of a pay cut to a 4-day work week. Anyone have other ideas?

Seriously....cut out the many management and supervisor positions that are redundant. This should have been done in rounds one and two
Managers and supervisors let them go, they are worthless individuals playing politics!
Just layoff management. You will not notice a difference in productivity....
The oil patch is a 24/7 business. Now if you are talking about office support jobs like HR, most of HSE, and other fluff jobs, just layoff all of them and problem solved!
I have heard of rotating month long furloughs instead of forking out cash for severances.
Another big layoff to cut out the slackers again!
Hard pressed to find an employee working more than 4 days a week. No harm in cutting the pay to match the work.
