Who in their right mind thinks that employees would do anything above and beyond when all they do is worry about being unemployed? Everyone will stay under the radar, and we have already lost all our superstars. The culture is dead. Why would anyone stick around in this company. The culture is indentured servants who now tremble with every movement of management. All the while, the shareholders are raking in plenty of money, waiting to move it elsewhere when this bubble pops.
