Thread regarding SandRidge Energy Inc. layoffs

Edmond Quakes

Sandridge, can we talk? Honestly? No frontin'? You won't shut down your water disposal wells. Even when the corp commission sues you - you still won't shut them down. Therefore I gotta crap my bed every morning in Edmond with ongoing earthquakes. Come on man, stop being a d-bag. What? Am I gonna have to call scott Heinze "I'm your corner" to show up there to tell your 18 cent stock price ass to shut the wells down? Really? We gotta go there? Just plug 'em. It ain't like your gonna lose money...come on, just sayin'.

Sandridge can't afford to stop, even if they wanted too. The post is correct it's not if but when, this downturn in oil is only beginning

@FedZ6bq-avlo: You have no idea what your talking about. SD has nothing in Southern Woods / Northwest Major county. SD has NW Woods activity and its Chester wells which do not make much water, thus not much injection. Well outside the 15 mile max radius that the OCC would consider a potential cause for the earthquake. Most of the wells near the 4.7-4.8 Major / Woods quakes were CHK.

Last night's earthquakes were definitely SandRidge operations induced....between the debt, pending litigation from the OCC and commodity prices, this company is toast. Not a matter of if, but when.

Obviously this poster didn't study science in junior high. No Sandridge wells anywhere near Edmond.
