of every other merger/acquisition/buy-out or however you want to call it. The deal will get done, the BHI employees who become part of the Halliburton core, will bitch and moan about how Halliburton doesn't understand how BHI ran their company and are sure to run them in the ground, not unlike how BJS employees viewed BHI when it took over its operations. And those BHI employees, that were formerly BJS employees will likely feel somewhat vindicated now that the shoe is on the other foot, even though they, too, will become a part of a formerly bitter rival.
Then once the dust clears and the old BHI employees are replaced by new fresh blood, BHI will become a memory just as BJS and Western and all the others that fell by the wayside.
