vcip will be announced tomorrow Feb 18
Dividend pay and oil price do not have as much to do with VCIP as the unit performance towards meeting goals. Perhaps instead of speculating wildly, some on this board need to read the HR book on vccip calculation

Most likely, the OP is someone who has already been laid off and wants to know if he/she will receive any prorated VCIP for 2015. When you are out of work, every penny counts
Should be worried about keeping your job right now and not VCIP. Look at all the people getting laid off and start coming back to reality.
What is the message to the owners of this Company, it's shareholders, that they just took a 60% cut in their dividend income and yet VCIP payouts are being made to employees? Answer: the company is being run for it's managers and employees and not for it's owners. That's not a good thing.
