Prepare yourself for at least 2 rounds of layoffs, one this month, a larger one to follow in March. NO ONE is safe, so don't fool yourself. Upper management being told to reduce to BARE BONES operational headcount. It just keeps getting worse.

The next round of layoffs will start this week. The headcount reduction will be from 5,000 to 7,000.
65,000 - 7,000 = 58,000 from a high of 82,000 before the oil downturn.
