The point of overtime is to get the jobs out to the customer on time. That's the entire selling point of the company at the moment. Stop overtime in certain areas, the work ends up behind schedule, we lose orders.
There's also no point of having a facility as big and so many machines sitting idle for as long as they are. There has always been a need of keeping hours high to justify the cost of the facility.
If you've no work in your cell, there can't be overtime. Is it really that hard to accept?
Rather than getting all upset that some areas have work and overtime, why not act like a grown up and accept that's the way it is, and isn't actually that unfair? There has been other times where the reverse has been true.
This entire thread is just an embarrassment. People go out of their way to harm people, whilst happy to try and drag everyone else down.
I've honestly never heard so many spiteful, back stabbing and childish comments from supposedly grown up men.
