Sandridge stated that they would reimburse for all of Cobra for 3 months. If we pay for Cobra, and then Sandridge files for bankruptcy; I assume we get nothing? Any thoughts. Could put me out 3.5k.

change your mindset....if you get anything back, that is gravy. you still get healthcare for 3 months no matter what happens to this joke of a company.
Yes, it could, although unlikely BK before the third quarter, most likely chapter 11.
