Noble management could care less about rank and file employees. They have proven that numerous times. They are only concerned about their image and their personal wealth.
Some years ago Shell announced it's sponsor ship of the Shell Golf Open. That corresponded with layoffs as I recall.
DUH. Unless you all take a pay cut to 0$/hour there will be more layoffs.
Super bowl sponsorship? That a completely inappropriate use of money, all together!
Super Bowl sponsorship is condemning. Their stupid image is more important to management than their people. Stockholders need to dump stock now and get out from under incompetent top management

I do! Maybe one of these days a manager will get laid-off? There are certainly enough incompetent managers to trim.
