I still hear that men in ITC can make fat jokes(Bill) and cheat on their wifes (John) and still be in 26+ manager jobs. I have lost respect for Watson not stepping in and cleaning up this mess. These are people I want to follow, NOT. I am ready for the next round and severance and get out of this ITC mess. Joe G. you need to clean up ITC before a law suit on age or sexual harasssment takes place.

It must suck to always be blaming your incompetence on your business Unit and how you are such a poor poor pitiful under-appreciated victim. What's surprising to me that all the people that I work with from GOMBU are exceptionally cordial, polite, and they have a multi-racial/ethnic make-up and are a hard working team who understand that the O & G industry is a tough road and not for lightweights. From what I understand, they also got a respectable CIP from 2015 being one of the most profitable BU's. I suspect that's because they understand that they have to work to get things done and a Chevron position is not a cake walk like some think their entitled life would be. Maybe the posters are just green with envy?
Yes. Just by sheer numbers the bullies and bigots will get thinned significantly.
You should spend some time in GOM. Childish bigotry and hypocrite environment will turn your hair white.
The next ROM to hit Chevron very soon will not only cut many job positions across the board, but will eliminate many middle and upper management too. Nobody is guaranteed a job, no matter how well-connected you think you are. Be prepared.
