Yes. Bonuses are great and everyone counts on them as part of our salary. Honestly I would rather have a salary than this bonus. If the company is in as bad shambles as everyone makes it out to be then retain the bonuses that would have been paid out and let's use those funds to make it through this year. I can only imagine that those millions of dollars can be put to better use. We can all celebrate together when things are better but while times are tough and the commodity price is low then we can all suffer together in the bad times. Our core values state that we will listen to our shareholders and I am a current shareholder stating retain my bonus and use it to ensure that we have jobs this year.

Bonuses ha you spoiled children. Your going to be lucky to have a company in six months to work for. If you expect a bonus from a failing company that you helped fail your nuts. Good luck in the real world.
Always take the cash payout.
I would have certainly given up my bonus to have kept my job lost in the fall layoff. I wish they would have made some cost cutting measures before letting go of employees.
You lose your bonus and the execs increase theirs. We are tools in the game. My bonus is approximately 30% of my salary. No I won't be happy if we lose them. Then again where else is a Petroleum Engineer going to work right now? Job listings are way down.
You sound like an employee I would like to have. I agree with you 100%
What they need to do is layoff some of these supervisor that only have like 6 guys to take care of
This place is becoming a joke heard today they to drive time away from the mechanics ant waynoka
If DDD returns his recent $4 million in stock, they can keep my bonus too.
I'm more than will to forgo my bonus to keep my job this year, but I sincerely doubt the executives would be on board with our sentiment. It's different when you make millions in bonuses compared to the few thousand I got last year.
Thank you @FQRVL4A for your comments. You bring to the table positive, supportive insight and add value to the company. I'm an investor and I am happy to see one who supports your company in times of difficulties.
