I've been with the company 2 years and would only get 2 months pay if laid off. Wah-wah. Might be time to start looking for a new job.

Basic package only applies IF you dont sign the paper essentially saying you will not sue them. If you sign those papers you will be given the enhanced package.
2 weeks every year worked and 2 weeks every $10k earned. Full 2016 PTO paid out. All stocks and 401k vest.
Maybe I am wrong but I think majority of people only qualify basic package.
Two severance packages..basic and enhanced. Read both of them.
