now is the time to rally around the leaders, the key is to pick the right leaders and the ELT aren't leading. We need leaders who didn't drink the COP Kool-Aid

... I didn't get a severance package or keep my stock grants or bonus - what defines poor performance for the ELT? I too worked my ass off last year ... setup.
Now is the time to escort a number of management out the door without severance package for failure of their fiduciary duty for the stock holders and employees!
Fiduciary Duty: An individual in whom another has placed the utmost trust and confidence to manage and protect property or money.
I think now is not the time to point fingers but rally around the leaders.
