The 21st Floor: Keeping SandRidge Employees fed since 2012
Wishing only the very best for all my SD family during this gut wrenching time. We've had a very good run, many of us much longer than just our "5-yr Award" and some close to 8 or 9. SD treated us all very well, we treated each other very well, gonna miss the daily interactions and jovial mischief, and food runs to 21. But another chapter unfolds, and we're all going to enjoy new opportunities out there. Part of the Greater Plan. Prayers for us all, including our neighbors at DVN and CLR and CHK, they'll be facing the same reality in the upcoming weeks.
It will be over by 11 this morning.
If you are still in your office, it ain't done
Can you say what half of the building is already done? Lower or upper bank? I know people would rather not say their floor.
173 today, our floor is already done.
What departments?
Total today may be around 120 as 50 were walked out yesterday.
The current prices on fossil fuels are creating these problems. Projections do not look good for the immediate future. Hopefully, by next year Oklahoma's O&G industry will be bouncing back. This is the pits for our state. Praying for all those affected. I know they work hard in their respective jobs. My prayers are with you & your families.
Keep talking to your friends and family and know that another GREAT job will come. PLEASE PLEASE stay positive and take advantage of the time off. To those who didn't get the BAD news...just keep swimming!
What about the Alva office?
Only losers can't spell...go back to grade school punk....
I'm a former CHK'er, I wish all those affected the best.
Major cuts.
Enjoy not having a job loosers!!!
At least we don't have to wait.
