They need to clear some of the double staffing Sr VP,VP,GMM'DMM Asst DMM, Directors, Planning Mangers,Senior Planners,Mangers,Buyers

all the Buddy System making the big dollars.

yes top heavy but not in a sexy way..

This is what happens when you let talent-less people run the company. You forget Jim Gold got the job at Bergdorf to eventually replace Burt Tansky. But that didn't happen and they made him a fake job - President of Specialty Retail. WTF do you think the entire company is there for? Then you hire Joshua Schulman and he's run that landmark building to the ground.

And, opening a 30 Million dollar store in NYC? Not mind you that there are 3 other Neiman Marcus stores and Bergdorf Goodman within the crowded trade area. Norstroms is going to kick their asses. If you treat your employees this way, imagine what they do to the customers.

I totally agree. There is to much at the Sr executive level. Why two Presidents. How many Sr executives need to be over the declining store business. The duplication is at the Sr VP and Exec level.
