Yes those two are a joke, but please do not loop everyone from content development (like the instructional designers) in with them. We do good work IN SPITE of them. We love working with our product lines and do our best with the ridiculous restrictions placed on us. But Jennifer is a bully and beats up anyone who disagrees with her.
