Irrespective of how bad the oil industry is companies will retain atleast 50 % of the workforce. How lucky those 50% to survive in this challenging environment to not sell in buyers market and provide a stable environment for the family.

Management is the failure of this company right down to the low life sack of shit management at the asset level. Yep I'm watching these cocky ass holes walk around like they are the cocks walk. I cannot wait until they are standing next to me in the unemployment line.we will see just how smart they are then.
The environment focused on bullying the employees is a disgrace. Never understood the prevalence of bullies in the industry.
Managers who have no respect for their employees, rejoice and brag at how they screwed a subordinate, settup employees for failure and enjoy handing out pain - a heirarchy of bullies and egos.
Low product prices are not COP's worst problem, their own management is. Properties that could be very profitable even today are being sold and shut down due to years of neglect. There are not enough expletives to cover it, randomly picked street person could do better. Lead, follow or get the hell out of the way.
I hope ConocoPhillips goes bust ... what a bunch of wankers the management are. My advice for anyone considering working here is take the job at COP and then find another ...
