One month just about done and we got 11 more to go. This will be a very sad year if I have to keep doing this every month.

Higher quality. Hell that takes too long. I'll just walk around the office a little more.
Just do the work to a higher quality, that should solve the time issue.

It isn't about willingness to work - I am more than willing and able. It is about lack of work. There just isn't enough work to keep everyone productive.
Can you tell your boss about your unproductive work month? And then tell him to fire you and hire me to replace you? I'm willing to work hard!
