If there are more positive signs of production cut as evidenced by Schlumberger report, good news can build on itself, and before you know what is happening, we will be in 50s and 60s again. Dont be deceived by today's sentiment or what happened in the 80s for those of you oldtimers. We will be back up and happy days will be here again.
