Hopefully Vinnie goes first. Absolutely a detestable and loathsome human being. No business even being among people. You can feel his self rage when he enters a store and he wields it like a whip.
mike naab competent. Dick can retire. Andy is horrible. Look at it this way. No other major retailer has 4 divisions. No one. It's coming. 2 divisions. an rvp is a bloated position. Easily a dozen will and should go.
Stores are at less than bare minimum coverage as is. I have heard a theory of GM's covering multiple stores come up a few times though.
The support structure can be cut . To many redundant RSSMs, loss prevention managers (looking at you Phil Spadaro - you have screwed over to many people), DMs and RVPs. Another rumor has many of the Divisional Retail SVPs being let go along with Demos to free up some shares of stock. RVPs would report directly to Otis "the bidnessman"
They took care of us in 2014 and 2015. Not sure what else is left to cut in stored. The corporate office is super-bloated, yet I am very sorry for every single person that lost job today.
I was a team supervisor and was let go in 2014, moved on and it was hard. Now it's OK, I left retail... God bless and stay strong
