When a company with zero vision just decides they want to do things cheaper, that's what happens. Somehow Ron and Shira manage to slip through. Lower employees on the totem pole are denied bonuses because the company fails to meet goals with their outdated business model, but Ron and Co. still get outrageous bonuses while the company continues to sink. Why would they bother trying to improve a company that still tosses them multi-million bonuses even when they're failing?
Today was absolutely terrible, just such a stressful and heartbreaking day. I'm sorry to hear your news. Good luck to you....
