Las Vegas here. Rumors flying may be affected or not by layoffs. Everybody trying to act normal. But very different this time. Atmosphere heavy and skittish..

Well I'm pretty sure Temple is closing, it's all but said, everyone was told to take their floating holidays and all the higher people have cleaned out their offices
Thanks for all the responses. Sad we are going through this. At least we know we are not alone with our feelings and concerns.
Denver here and from what I see tenured people are getting fired left and right. Big boss Eva is gone ummm. No one knws whats going on everything is hush hush...sad cnt even get a good nights sleep stressing over if you will have a job the next day or not. The company has turned into a joke and could care less about their employees people hve families and bills for heaven sakes
Blountville center here - we've been hearing similar rumors about possibly being turned into a vendor. We hear the same stuff every year it seems, but this time we've heard rumblings from a few managers that they've been applying elsewhere. Plus almost everyone in our upper echelons (director, several members of management) have been burning their floating holidays & PTO suddenly. Definitely seems a bit more alarming than previous years but I suppose we'll have to wait till the 22nd for actual news now. The wait is rough.
Rumor has it the call center in temple will close as of the end of January. Take your floating holidays now!
It is nerve wrenching worrying from day to day if you are going to have a job or not.....They should go ahead and let people know so we can at least find another job before just being left empty handed....We all have families for God's sake.....Sprint needs to have compassion and concern for the ones who drive their company to success.....Unreal how companies treat loyal employees!!!!
Nobody knows yet, there is a ton of anxiety, I know some people with 10+ years of experience with Sprint who are leaving as they do not want to wait for layoffs in 2016. Everyone is anxious, and if you see what other companies are going through, you'll see that it'll be very difficult for us in call centers.
