I know my StL here in the south florida area couldnt even name all of the team members nor name one regular customer off the top of his head...very out of touch with his customer base ...
Man you are right on the money F6xtrwj-cve! Yes, instead of investing money to SOLVE ISSUES and go toe-to-toe with competition, let's invest money in HIDING OUR ENORMOUS problems FROM THE PUBLIC.
Outstanding John Mackey, outstanding. This blew my mind.
@kwm nailed it
hard WORK,and GREAT customer attention with beautiful,inviting, demos that build baskets
His crisis team is horrible too!!! Hiring a "team" to cover/address bad PR??? How about fixing or addressing the real issues? No mention of ensuring company culture is alive and well. The article was yet another gleaming example of the downfall. And this PR crisis team let him do this article- we're doomed.
EXACTLY! We the TM LAID HAVE THE ANSWERERS! It's simple....hard WORK,and GREAT customer attention with beautiful,inviting, demos that build baskets! Not sitting in a office writing stupid emails because you are so out of touch with the customer and have no idea what creates a loyal customer.
Perhaps one of them can rush into his office and wildly exclaim, "There's a sudden crisis! People are finally telling you the truth on a website called The Layoff. The asshats running your regions are a bunch of bloodsucking, incompetent fakes and it's actually the TMs you laid off (or effectively demoted) who have the answers. People can now see just how focused you are on your stock price and cashing out rather than actually fixing the company. Quick! Write another book!"
Thanks for the humor!
