Invest in your TM's. Give them the tools they need to succeed, up-dated technology. Don't use scare tactics. WF will flourish.

It is too late. All the good TM have been laid off or left....unfortunately they will pimp newbies that don't know the truth.

It's to late they have screwed the pooch there is no going back for the 'team members' they have now.
