The busiest time of the year and again we are understaffed. All that BS of saving payroll for the Christmas season is a laugh. Cash lanes are jammed, Managers telling Outfitters to get product out to the floor when your all alone. No one able to help everyone shopping. They brag about hitting numbers, but you could blow them numbers out of the water with more staff. Can't sell if you don't staff. 2 or 3 at the gun counter and people can't get help, they leave. We are a JOKE!

Agreed. Taking people from the depts to run register and line que and leaving one person in dept on a busy holiday Saturday is absolutely insane. Tons of merchandise left along main aisle because customers didn't want to wait in line. We definitely were run ragged this holiday season. Frustrated, exhausted, stressed!
Lots of staff at Field and Stream. They were there to help and not push a credit card. I had such a positive experience buying all of my Christmas gifts there that I will be back again and again
Watch for the layoffs in February. Maybe sooner.
Apparently taking down the Christmas decorations three days before Christmas is more important than getting the 40+ pallets of backed up freight to the floor. The grinch came to the store and stole Christmas.
