Since Corp buyout of our distributorship started, that place went downhill FAST!! Cutthroat, backstabbing, lies .... very tense! What once was a "Family" atmosphere rapidly turned into a Corporate robot factory, very sad! In a nutshell, them buying back distributorships cost them a ton, they have it stretched out over a couple years so they can "lose" money on paper, and continue to play these games. This is what happens when you put Accountants in charge! Layoffs seemed to be generated by computer, I was provided a printout of Age vs Salary vs Job Title (no names) and myself and a couple others were identified by the computer to throw away. Not a real bad severance package, I'm going to chill for the Holidays then get out looking in the new year. Merry Christmas!

I was laid off from the Ronkonkoma Long Island branch on 12/7/15. We all saw it coming since the branch was not profitable since it opened in 1/2012 after the thievery of the former Operations Manager whom they fired on June 2014. It's a shame since the branch on LI had potential if they found the right person to manage it who knew the product & had the background. They did have a person with those qualifications, however, they fired him in 2013 by the former operations manager, he knew about all the thievery that was going on there so he was a threat, so sad. I am glad to be out of there. No matter how much some of us complained about he mismanagement, nothing was done only the firing of the operations manager, they just let the place fail!
Exact same thing happened to my husband right before x-mas. This company went bad with getting "bigger!" He worked his butt off for them on salary 60-70 hours a week, a stellar employee of 8 years, and no explanation. Were hoping that its a" blessing in disguise!" Bite me Cummins!
I was threw away by Cummins in 10 minutes after 7 years service. No explanations at all. My rankings were 2 or 2 + in the past years. I just relocated here by the company. I bought a house and sold my old house. No compensation for my losses. My 10 years daughter is studying here and is forced to leave asap! I wish Cummins go to hell!
