He is at the Allen Tx store for now and he is way too cool to talk to any non manager. We need to move away from the big box mentality and towards a Nordstrom experience. Also the hardlines manager is making the gun guys mount a ton of scopes on new rifles. I want to pick my scope not some guy that I do not believe even shoots. If the customer wants the scope and not the rifle or vice versa it is going to be a longer process. We are going to end up with a ton of rings and bases for the bargain cave.

Scoped rifles is a company initiative and it's working. Cut your hardlines manager some slack.... He's just doing his job.
