With all of the lackluster products, slumping stocks and overall crap morale that ends in upper mgmt. buying staff ice cream like they were 6 year olds, how is it that these shucks in upper management and above not held to a higher level of accountability? You can only blame the worker so much.

Parking spots go to Director level and above, regardless of how much ass kissing you do. Same in the tower or DC.
I must beg to differ as all the idiots who had parking spots were definitely part of the AKC but lost there leader's backing DVoss who could no longer protect them. Prime example would be L Strom & SSun just to name a few of tape worms.....
Parking spots are not a shoe-in. It's just a sign of the position. Many of those who had parking spots a year ago, but not part of the AKC, no longer have their spots, or their jobs. However, I'm sure most if not all of those people now have a more fulfilling job.
The comment before this one was absolutely 100% correct. The only thing that was left out, was not having the privilege to travel as you also have to have an AKC Card to do so. The person who wrote this is definately NOT a AKC member as he or she, guessing he, got all the touch points dead nuts. AKC members also get to waltz in late/leave early. The PREMIER AKC members have parking spots at the Design Center but that's Gold Club AKC status only. You must have a PHD in BrownNosing with a minor in BootLicking & actual talent is held against you.
This is so true and so sad. The AKC has taken over across the company and no hard working, innovative empolyee under the upper management level is safe.
How can you tell who you are?
If you work past 5pm, haven't been promoted in 5 years, and have had 5 kudos awarded to you for outstanding contributions, you are not in!
If you've been promoted 2 times in 2 years, focus on fantasy football 2 times a day, and claim to be part of 2 innovating teams, you are in!
With free ice cream and Pete's coffee, who needs sensible leadership? Everything is just dandy.
It's all about the AKC, Ass Kissing Club here. If you're in, you're safe & protected & they all protect themselves. If you're not in, you just keep working & hope for the best as credit get's stolen from your efforts/concepts that do gain traction. I just don't understand why that's so hard to understand? Are you mentally impaired? I don't know about FP, I'm strictly speaking ES. FP does sound like fun tho with all the shirt chasing and such :) Too cold tho.
