That's right, for all you former students who didn't join in on the first round, nothing is holding you back from starting a new class action lawsuit. Just food for thought and a good way to keep EDMC off their balance. Heck, even if you dont win, it will suck up more of their money going to bloated CEO pay.

520, Please give it a break and go back to listing to Faux News and Rush Limbo. You conservative repugs are always blaming the little guy. Did it ever occur to you that corporations dont separate with 100 million cash for something they really didn't do? Especially ones who are in deep financial trouble? This is a typical American style settlement, in other countries they admit fault and step down, they make wrong things right. But of coarse in America the Boomers who were the original Me generation still can't admit they are wrong. So in typical fashion they would rather pay, pay, pay just to say they never did anything wrong. You can't exactly argue that a 100 million settlement is just somehow a nuisance lawsuit. But go ahead, keep blaming kids for your problems, heck they are mostly your spawn after all. Me, meet Me.
Boo hoo the big bad school took my money and then I failed classes. Someone save me, it's not my fault I quit going into class. It's the school's fault. It's not my fault school cost money. Please government bail me out. I made choices but there shouldn't be consequences. How about another handout. None of this is my fault... Now pay me $15 an hour to deep fry potatoes.
761 is backroom whore for EDMC... will say anything for his corporate master! Or should I call you Reik!
Arbitration agreement. No class action. I think a lot of the people that are angry weren't good students to begin with. It's a lot of entitled, me me me, crap. You couldn't hack it at community college, you couldn't hack it online. You're back to looking to the government to bail you out. Take some responsibility for your actions and quit blaming everyone else.
