This company is the worst managed that I have ever seen. Such a waste and ran by a bunch of do nothing local buddy buddy boys. Trust me when I say this. DMC will fall away completely if it keeps doing this stupid wasteful shit that it does. Every manager is to damned politically correct and nut less to tell the workers to do their job. And are too scared to let the lazy asses go because they are family to old joe bob. The place needs 100% new management from non family to get things whippedb back into shape.
