Or are GOTO folks on top of 1000 that was announced?

What they meant by that is that when GoTo spins off, those people are not "leaving" Citrix, so are not being counted as laid off. I've heard that 90 SaaS employees (and contractors) are leaving.
So obvious, cut back is due tomorrow and spinoff next year.
