Wouldn't VSP's in Jan be eligible for next years vacation days also?.. That would be counter productive for MRO..

I doubt we will ever know about how many VSPs were accepted as each VSP end date varies on the need of the person. There are those leaving by Nov 30 and others at varying weeks through December and January.
