I think there are some folks in the Tower who very much deserve to be laid off. My voice does not matter, but I feel better by saying it here (and knowing that I'll get at least 100 views)

Do you guys think that at least 50% of the cuts will be in the Tower?
How do you define if a person deserves to be laid off?
Is it because she's not busy enough? - well Marathon has made it extremely difficult doing value adding work recently. That is not worker bee's fault - that's a mishap on management side.
Or is it because her work scope got reduced because we cut our spending because we were chasing growth rather than returns? - again, how did she deserve that?
Is it because she's demotivated because there's nowhere to go in this company except couple shale assets where environment is that of a prison and technical work is quickly dwindling and only YES MEN are moved forward? - How is that her fault?
I just don't see how people deserve to be cut. Some need to be cut, yes. Deserve?! Absolutely not.
