If the scenario the OP lays out has any truth to it, the Northpark office in Covington will be sold or leased. With cuts that deep and with only 3 major DWEP facilities to support, moving everything to Houston is the only clear choice.
Hope its true. They need to close that office in Northpark - its a disgrace. Petty bigotry and childish hypocrisy.
