I just had to deal with one of those Landmen in Houston. Couldn't have been older than about 25. And he's a "manager!" No wonder they can't keep a lid on anything!
Many of them are arrogant too. Looks like the good ones have been fleeing this sinking ship
None of the middle or senior land managers know their jobs and they are not leaders or managers.
The whole Permian side of things are completely incompetent. From the manager, to the "advisor," to the peons working the assets. All of those Permian guys should have been fired, and replaced with good noble people who know how to work an asset
Landmen take on the same values of their company!
Well. Helps when your last name happens to match that of an existing noble higher-up. Not saying he doesn't know how to do his job, but...
The unethical ones in Houston.
What happened? I have to deal with some of those guys
The OP here, I was refering to Houston
Ir the so-called land men bosses in all three offices. Never were land men.
The sleazy ones in cannonsburg, the stoned ones in Denver, or the arrogant ones in Houston? Narrow it down, please.
