Having worked with Noble, I can't say I'm surprised at the level of maturity shown here. You chose to work there when the company values are quite evident even to an outsider. Don't cry now when they treat you like shit like they do everyone.

Then you are naive or dumb because it's pretty obvious.
Big brother that is definitely on point. Noble has shown their true colors for all to see. I would label them as "front-runners". "As long as things are really going well I will treat you respectfully". It's when things are not going so well that you learn about people... or in this case organizations like Noble Energy. It's not so much that they laid people off ... but the disrespectful way that they handle themselves. Anyone working for this outfit who is not looking for another job is foolish.
