Thread regarding Noble Energy Inc. layoffs

Work, knowledge and ethics are hindrances to employment and advancement at Canonsburg Noble.

All of us left with jobs in Canonsburg should know that we will fare better in raises, bonuses and promotions in Canobsburg with no industry knowledge, no morals, little if any work, a huge and unmerited ego, drinking problems which make us special, outstretched hands looking for payola, taking credit for the work and ideas of others, and big fat lips that will kiss anything anytime. We will need to golf, shoot, hunt and have dinners at the expense of contractors and law firms wanting work and who are going to have to make it worth our effort to let them have work And to think, a 40 hour week is never expected or valued. Fun times ahead. Thank you Houston for clarifying what we suspected. This is as good as Obama did for our country. Wheeeee!!!

I am employed in Canonsburg - I work hard and contribute, don't kiss ass, don't hunt, have morals, and am respectful of my work mates. So grow up, grow a pair, or leave. We don't need immature employees such as yourself.

I'll stab you before you can stab me.

You left out an overactive attitude of entitlement. Big asset there. Huge. Enormous all engulfing entitlement attitude. Oh and don't forget to stab all bosses and anyone who knows anything in the back several times. You have to be sure they are dead. Shows real capacity for cruelty which is needed and valued highly and rewarded generously by upper management. And if you are a lawyer with these attributes, you might do good if there is a company left. Of course it would really be better if you are an engineer if you want to really go far very fast. And no land men are ever capable of running land.

I was let go in the first round in April. Though I was never in the Canonsburg office, I have been to all other U.S. offices. You hit the nail on the head. The culture is the same everywhere at this company and has reminded me of Obama's culture throughout the U.S. Kiss integrity and hard work ( which is now considered racist by the way) good-bye and follow your advice. I found a wonderful job and love life without this company and didn't have to sacrifice myself. Good luck to anyone still EARNING a paycheck from this company.
