There were 25 people let go; 10 lease operators, 5 in construction, 2 land techs, EHS Manager & Coordinator, a water person, a cmms tech, and a few from different areas in maintenance.

Seems like "a$$ kissing", and treating people poorly is a clear way to get promoted in this joke of a company. There are too many examples of people in key decision making positions that demonstrate this behavior to think any differently.

They cut Brian Fitzgerald in EHS, middle level manager. He was good, just didn't put up with a bunch of b/s like other a$$ kissers
