Mark Cross is the only field guy who could get it all all done. Bad move. He and Fleming will be sorely missed. Canonsburg is full of age discrimination and it is blatant. Had Fleming been a man, she'd been promoted. She had more balls than anyone there and was the main one we could count on to answer questions or get the work done.

Laying off Mark Cross was incredibly stupid. This will cause enormous problems with surface issues for Noble. This proves that whoever decided the cuts is completely clueless. Unlike most of the managers, Mark actually worked and accomplished good things.
