Sorry, Stover et al sold the soul of Noble to buy Rosetta as another breakthrough. Rosetta was in dire shape and Noble paid top dollar for it AND diluted Noble stock value to boot. The Rosetta workers got a sweetheart deal, Noble employees got kicked to the curb AGAIN

Rosetta employees are guaranteed 6mos. Pay if laid off w/i 2yrs from the acquisition.
-12 weeks pay
-Remaining vacation time (NOT sick/personal)
-Prorated amount based on how long you've been here
That's what I was told last week when I declined a Denver to Houston offer.
I want to know too, if we get less than the useless Rosetta scumbags there will probably we some lawsuits
