I pray Noble has the gonads to fire everyone who won't work, who makes fun and causes trouble for those who do work. We have a huge bunch of spoiled brats in my age group and if I said this out loud to them, the pack of mad dogs would turn on me. I do not care how much education anyone has, that does not make up for laziness and egotistical vengeance. Noble, get a pair and some wisdom with them. Sheeeeeze. Prople. Really? If management can't see this, the company is doomed.

imho, both are useless and need to go, this will be a test of the executive team as to whether they can figure this out

This management team has their head so far up their a... there is no hope. Whether you "work" or not will have no bearing on any of this. What will have bearing is whether you kissed the appropriate ases during your career at Noble. If you did you may be spared. If you didn't you will most likely be laid-off. Your quality of "work" or your work ethic has absolutely NO bearing on any of this.
You are the only one who thinks this but it may never be fixed. hR us on their side.
