With all the errors that have been happening in the Project Management Realm, especially all the Delivery People that have been asked to come back due to the third party not being able to handle the business, I think the Associate Project Managers (basically people who moved into the project management position in the lower echelon as they aren't good enough to be a project manager), they should be let go as the sacrificial lamb. Good people lost their jobs this year, and last year! Let the Associate Project Managers Go!

There are many at Framingham that should go. Anyone involved with the decision to cut SDOs and go 3rd party, anyone involved with mobile phones, Blackbelts, etc etc.
The really need someone with a realistic view to cut some of the fat at Framingham and the Shared Services office in Columbia, and in the field. Get rid of every 3rd SVP, RVP, DM and RSSM.
