If the Bass Pro rumors aren't true, then why isn't Tommy or someone at corporate doing some damage control to make us feel better?

Tommy isnt making anyone feel better because he is to busy counting the millions he is making through Bass Pro buyout.
All employees should keep in mind that Senior Management has been lying to them. They said that business was strong and that the consulting group was engaged to be proactive and prepare the company for the future, supposedly a proactive move. Untrue, they have known the company was in trouble for a while. Yet they build new corporate buildings and continue to open new unprofitable stores.
Read the SEC filing from today, they were caught misrepresenting numbers to the analyst.

Who says it's not true. There has not been any denials or response from anyone at Cabela's.
Because Tommy and the IN crowd will get golden parachutes, while the rest of us get a lead brick!
