Anonymous193878, I think that you are spot on. With so much oil from coming from so many directions, the supply will always be to great to reach 100/barrel for a long time.

It's wishful thinking. Not realistic. Noble has lost it's way. Barring return to $100 + oil... which isn't going to happen... Noble is finished. Best thing you can do is prepare for a new career outside of energy.
