What is the likelihood of Windstream layoffs in Little Rock in 2016? Please let me know if you have any information.

We are laying off all OSP positions ( outside plant engineers). Replacing them with contractors. Many more layoffs to come before xmas.

Laid off 3.18.16. Only 12 weeks severance when I should have received 30! Guess I shouldn't have been such a good loyal employee!
Today 03-18-2016 176 people were laid off, with 1/2 severance pay that is redistribute month by month.
